It's official.. LA people have too much money, they don't know what to do with it.. This Culver city home (now known as the "hobbit house") has a mock thatched roof and heavy rolled eaves, half-timbering and leaded glass windows. I wouldn't be surprised if they got a genetic clone of Frodo and Sam to wait on them hand and foot. Now if they'll only invest some money in those hobbit fireworks...
